Katherine Droga is a globally recognised leader in wellness tourism and the visitor economy, known for shaping how destinations and operators respond to one of the fastest-growing sectors in travel. She is the Founder of Droga & Co., an international tourism consultancy, and the Founder of Well Traveller, a multi-platform media and experience brand including the Well Traveller TV series, now in its second season, bringing wellness travel to mainstream audiences.

She was part of the executive team at Tourism Australia, where she led international market strategies, major partnerships and events, contributing to Australia’s global tourism positioning.

Her current work spans global markets, with recent advisory and keynote engagements in Nepal and Sri Lanka, where she works with destinations, industry and government to unlock high-value, experience-led tourism aligned to evolving global demand.

She is Chair of the Wellness Tourism Initiative for the Global Wellness Institute and the Founder and host of the Wellness Tourism Summit, convening global industry leaders and innovators shaping the future of wellness travel.
