Our Team
The TICT team works to build capabilities, advocate for, and bring together Tasmania’s diverse tourism industry to enable a sustainable and growing visitor economy. Our small but passionate team are active in every region of the state collaborating with Members, Accredited Operators and Corporate Partners as well as all levels of government.

Amy Hills, Chief Executive Officer
Amy reports directly to the TICT Board, implementing the organisation’s policy agenda. She represents TICT to all levels of government, in the media and across the Tasmanian community.
Amy brings an impressive background to TICT, working as Director of Communications for former Premier, Peter Gutwein; Chief of Staff to Minister Guy Barnett; Director of Strategy, Government and Industry and a period as Chief Operating Officer at Tourism Tasmania; as a journalist and manager with the ABC; as well as various roles in the Department of Health.
Most recently, Amy has been the Principal Advisor to Premier Rockliff on Tourism and Trade.
Christine Pritchard, Industry Services Advisor & QTF Program Manager
Christine has a career spanning over 30 years in Tasmania’s tourism industry, bringing a wealth of experience supporting operators to achieve exceptional customer service standards through Tourism Accreditation and association business development modules, Star Ratings and assisting with ReviewPro.
She works full-time in the North, North-West, West Coast and North-East Coasts, along with King and Flinders Islands.
Christine has worked in Business Development, Sales and Marketing for airlines and a number of national hotel chains, she is the Founding Secretary of the Launceston Tamar Valley Tourism Association, previous President, Secretary and Committee Member of Skal Club of Launceston and is on the committee of Women in Tourism & Hospitality Northern Tasmania. Also holding a Diploma of Business Management and Graduate Certificate in Tourism, Cultural Heritage and Environment.
Kelly Luck, Manager - Industry Development & Strategy
Kelly is a business and marketing professional with a passion for tourism and hospitality - particularly in her home state of lutruwita/Tasmania.
A Business Studies graduate of the University of Tasmania, Kelly combines 15+ years of marketing experience with over twenty years spent working across various facets of the tourism industry in both Tasmania and Queensland. Having worked in operations, business development, and Director of Sales & Marketing roles across hotels, tour operations, business events, restaurants, and even an art prize, Kelly brings a strong understanding of operating within the tourism space. For the past nine years she has also managed her own business consultancy, with a strong focus on strategic planning, marketing, and project management.
Kelly's role at TICT includes managing the three Tasmanian Tourism Award programs, along with delivering an extensive mentoring program to help our tourism operators and destinations put their best foot forward in the national arena, while further developing their businesses and regions.
Additionally, she supports industry and business development through strategic future planning, the delivery of our Skilled in Sixty webinar series, the occasional Talking Tourism podcast, and of course facilitating Tourism Accreditation and further pathways through the national Quality Tourism Framework.
Larni Davies, Specialist Industry Programs Manager
A passionate Tasmanian, Larni Davies has 31 years of experience in the tourism industry and currently manages the Tassie Tourism Ambassador Program for TICT and coordinates the Tasmanian Tourism Awards Judging process.
Having judged the Tasmanian Tourism Awards for eight years, and the Australian Tourism Awards for three, Larni is excited to move into the coordination role to support the Judges throughout the process.
Larni began her career as a Travel Consultant for Tourism Tasmania in Melbourne and Sydney and later moved to Canada, where she began her tour guiding career. Returning home to Tasmania after six years, Larni worked as a bushwalking guide with Tasmanian Expeditions; Cradle Mountain Huts; the Bay of Fires Walk and later progressed into management roles.
Larni has previously coordinated the Adventure Tour Guiding program at TasTAFE Drysdale in Hobart for many years – equipping students with the knowledge and skills to become professional and competent bushwalking tour guides in Tasmania, and beyond.
In addition to her current role at TICT, Larni continues to work as a guide for Tourism Tasmania’s Experience Program and loves connecting the hearts and minds of her visitors to Tasmania – a place where she was born and a place that she loves.
Lauren Cameron, Carbon Action Advisor
Lauren is a sustainability and communications specialist, whose career spans fifteen years working across sustainability, international development, tourism and media.
Having started out as a journalist with The Advocate in Tasmania’s northwest, Lauren has since worked as Chief Editor of a sustainable lifestyle magazine in Hong Kong, managed international development programmes in Vietnam, partnered with sustainable tourism operators across Asia and working in the Environment and Development Division of the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific, focused on sustainability challenges relating to urban waste, marine pollution and climate change in regional ocean cities.
As the nation's first ever Carbon Action Advisor, Lauren is responsible for positively influencing and encouraging Tasmanian tourism operators to become more sustainable and reduce emissions, while overall contributing to Tasmania becoming a carbon conscious, nature positive tourism destination.
Natalie Ellis, Manager - Events, Communications and Partnerships
Natalie is a very proud, born and bred Tasmanian with over fifteen years of experience in the tourism industry. Her career began at Tourism Tasmania, where she held diverse roles across the organisation, including within the Industry & Partnerships team and Corporate Communications.
Prior to joining TICT in 2026, Natalie was the International Missions Planner within the Trade & International Relations team at the Department of State Growth. In this role, she channeled her passion for connecting Tasmanian businesses with global opportunities, helping showcase the state’s unique offerings to the world.
Her work is driven by a commitment to strengthening local businesses, whose success contributes towards the benefit of the community – always with Tasmania at the heart of her career.

Anna Harlson, Industry Services Advisor & QTF Program Manager (Southern)
Anna is a tourism industry professional with 20+ years’ experience across destination sales, expedition travel, events and strategic partnerships in Australia and the United States. Experienced in business development, stakeholder engagement and industry training, with a strong track record of building high-value partnerships and supporting tourism businesses to strengthen service standards and commercial performance.
Anna recently returned to Tasmania and is passionate about contributing to the growth and sustainability of the state’s tourism industry.
She works full-time in Southern Tasmania supporting operators to achieve exceptional customer service standards through Tourism Accreditation and association business development modules, Star Ratings and assisting with ReviewPro.
