Making More Money From Your Tourism Business

This session has been put together with the small tourism operator in mind. Facilitated by Chris Davis, General Manager at The Van Diemen Project, it will cover strategies for improving the bottom line of your business. The session will discuss:

  • pricing strategies to maximise profit
  • cashflow management
  • strategies for growing your business
  • the difference between cashflow and profit (profitable businesses do go broke!)

Participants with less than 20 employees who attend this session will be offered up to three hours of free mentoring as part of the Australian Small Business Advisory Services program.
